Dr. Meny Benady, VP Marketing and Business Development, Program Manager
Dr. Benady brings an extensive background of senior management experience to Xsight, having served in key Marketing, Product and Business Development positions. He specializes in remote sensing, automation technologies and software systems, with over 15 years of experience in these areas.
Prior to joining Xsight in 2007, Dr. Benady served five years as VP Marketing & Business Development for Mobileye Vision Technologies, a world leader in the development of vision systems and software applications for automotive safety and driver’s assistance. At Mobileye, Dr. Benady developed the company’s worldwide distribution network, and established agreements with key auto manufacturers. Dr. Benady co-founded CogniTens, a company that provided comprehensive dimensional measurement solutions to improve engineering and manufacturing processes, where he led the initial R&D for two years and the Business Development and Product Lines management for six years. CogniTens was acquired in 2007 by Hexagon Metrology.
Dr. Benady earned his BSc in Electrical Engineering at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, his MSc in Computer Science at the Weizmann Institute of Science and his PhD in Engineering (Robotics & Machine Vision) from Purdue University in Indiana.
