Global Support Operation (Student Position)

About The Position

Our Global Support Operation team oversees customer site operations around the world, providing service and handling issues that arise in the field around the clock.

The team in on duty 24/7 in an intensive environment and we are looking for a motivated team member for a shift-based position (available for at least 3 weekly shifts including weekends and holidays).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and Control our real time system operations
  • Troubleshoot and investigate failures and production Issues, record activity
  • Assist and provide professional real-time solutions for company’s customers and internal departments
  • Generate system performance reports, log analysis
  • Communicating with customers through various channels

Requirements

  • Student in the relevant technical field (Electronics / Mechanics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Industrial Management etc…) with at least 2 years balance
  • available for at least 3 weekly shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Tech-savvy with great Technical skills and knowledge
  • Able to operate in a nonstop operational environment (working in shifts)
  • Able to handle stressful situations
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills (English and Hebrew)
  • Multitasking skills, capable of reacting quickly to multiple problems, and follow established procedures to implement solutions
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
  • Basic knowledge in Networking (IT), Databases and SQL
  • Experience in NOC/Monitoring Environments - an advantage
  • Practical experience in complex systems, familiarity with systems that combine hardware / software - an advantage
  • Experience with Remote sensing systems and Multidisciplinary systems – an advantage
